The SureFlow Valve is designed to address common challenges associated with ball sticking and restricted valve movement in gassy and high solids environments. In conventional valve designs, debris buildup or gas interference can prevent the ball from unseating, reducing pump efficiency and disrupting fluid flow.
The SureFlow Valve incorporates a stem cradle mechanism that hydraulically forces the ball off the seat when unseating is restricted. This ensures consistent valve operation without relying solely on fluid dynamics. The cradle maintains controlled contact with the ball, allowing for reliable movement without causing impact damage.
This cycle is driven by a full open bore drag plunger connected to the stem mechanism. As the system operates, the stem is actuated to repeatedly assist in unseating the ball, maintaining flow even in challenging conditions.
The valve also features a radial port design that allows heavy or high solids fluid to pass through the system without restriction. This design supports continuous operation by preventing buildup within the mechanism and enabling self-cleaning during use. Debris is cleared without interrupting the movement of the stem, helping maintain consistent performance over time.
By ensuring positive valve opening on each stroke and maintaining clear flow paths, the SureFlow Valve improves reliability and reduces the risk of performance loss caused by sticking or fouling.
