Gas Handling
Model E-5V
Precise coupon placement in pressurized systems with enhanced insertion capacity and controlled operation. Designed to mount directly to existing valves, it simplifies installation while maintaining control in pressurized environments.
Model E-5V
The Model E-5V is designed to provide controlled, repeatable placement of weight loss coupons in pressurized systems. By mounting directly to existing valves, it eliminates the need for dedicated access fittings and reduces complexity during installation and operation.
An integrated vent and locking cap nut system supports consistent, controlled venting throughout use. In high solids environments, a secondary vent adds an additional layer of safety, helping maintain stable operation under more demanding conditions.
The precision locking system allows for the insertion of a 3/8″ OD rod into a pressurized system with consistent control. Once inserted, flat mounted coupons can be aligned with the pipe wall at the required depth and secured in place using the locking cap nut. This ensures accurate positioning and reliable retention during operation.
