An integrated vent and locking cap nut system supports controlled venting while maintaining a streamlined main body design. In high solids environments, a secondary vent adds an additional layer of safety, helping maintain stable operation under more demanding conditions.
The precision locking system allows for the insertion of a 3/8″ OD rod into a pressurized system with consistent control. Once inserted, the atomizer tip can be aligned with the pipe wall at the required depth and secured in place using the locking cap nut. This ensures accurate placement and consistent delivery during operation.
