An integrated vent and locking cap nut system allows for controlled venting throughout the process. In high solids environments, a secondary vent adds an additional layer of safety, supporting more stable operation under demanding conditions.
The precision locking system allows for the insertion of a 24″ length, 1/4″ OD rod into a pressurized system with consistent control. Once inserted, flat mounted coupons can be aligned with the pipe wall at the required depth and secured in place using the locking cap nut. This ensures accurate positioning and reliable retention during operation.
